Plant identification guide.

Leaves velvet with dense short hairs covering their upper side. Upper side of leaves from light green to dark green depending on cultivar, under side pale green or purple, with sharply prominent veins. Leaves relatively small (diameter up to 1½″-2½″), round, oval or ovoid, with heart-shaped base. Flowers of diverse colors – white, pink, blue, violet. - Saintpaulia. Leaves covered with loose hairs, larger, wrinkled, oval or round, with heart-shaped. Flowers reddish violet in umbels. - Primula.
